You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
Estimates provided by Union City Concrete - whether over the phone, by email, or in person - are not binding contracts. An estimate represents our best assessment of cost based on information available at the time. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, changes in material costs, or scope changes requested by the customer.
Work begins only when both parties have signed a written contract and any required deposit has been received. The signed contract governs the specific terms, payment schedule, scope of work, and warranty for each project.
Payment terms are specified in the written contract for each project. Typical terms include a deposit at contract signing and progress payments tied to project milestones, with a final payment due upon completion. We accept payment by check, cash, or electronic transfer as agreed in the contract.
Late payments may be subject to interest charges as specified in the contract. We reserve the right to suspend work on a project where payments are not made according to the agreed schedule.
Union City Concrete warrants that all work will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards and applicable building codes. Specific warranty terms for each project are outlined in the written contract.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to: ground movement, tree root intrusion, heavy vehicle loads beyond design specifications, acts of God, improper maintenance, or modifications made by others after project completion.
Where permits are required, Union City Concrete will advise you of the permit requirements and assist in obtaining necessary permits as specified in the contract. All work is performed in compliance with applicable building codes and regulations. The customer is responsible for ensuring that any work requiring HOA approval or other third-party consent has received such approval before work begins.
