Warranties do not cover damage caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to: ground movement, tree root intrusion, heavy vehicle loads beyond design specifications, acts of God, improper maintenance, or modifications made by others after project completion.
Where permits are required, Union City Concrete will advise you of the permit requirements and assist in obtaining necessary permits as specified in the contract. All work is performed in compliance with applicable building codes and regulations. The customer is responsible for ensuring that any work requiring HOA approval or other third-party consent has received such approval before work begins.
